As an independent boutique agency, we value our reputation and as such take our accountability seriously. Acting for Investor buyers

We are often asked to help assist in purchasing a good investment property for a local or off shore investor.

We are able to bid at auction, or negotiate for the buyer. Much more than that we can advise on what to buy based on its yield, its outgoings, and its strata levies, whether the unit building is a good one, and whether the strata managers of that building are reputable.

We are familiar with many inner city buildings and their state of repair; and we know our rents extremely well.
